TechPatch RPS is a premium quality, fast setting underlayment product with exceptional handling characteristics, used for ramping, patching or screeding suitable horizontal substrates. TechPatch RPS can be installed from featheredge to 1.5 neat under most commercial and residential floor coverings.

TechLevel-HPT
TechLevel-HPT is a High Performance, Self-Leveling Topping designed for fast-track resurfacing and smoothing of interior substrates such as concrete, porous tile and certain non- porous surfaces when properly prepared. TechLevel-HPT can be sealed to create a concrete wear surface for commercial, light industrial and residential applications. TechLevelHPT can be installed from 1/4” to 1” in one application. TechLevel-HPT is pourable and seeks its own level to produce a smooth, flat, durable surface that hardens quickly and dries fast.

Custom RedGard Waterproofing and Crack Prevention Membrane
A ready-to-use elastomeric waterproofing membrane for both commercial and residential tile and stone application. Suited for interior and exterior substrates, RedGard® creates a continuous waterproof membrane barrier with outstanding adhesion and reduces crack transmission in tile and stone floors. It bonds directly to clean metal drains, PVC, stainless steel and ABS drain assemblies and can be used as a slab-on-grade moisture vapor barrier under all types of floor coverings.

Custom Speed Slope
SpeedSlope® is a rapid setting, rapid hardening, polymermodified, pre-blended, cement based mortar bed and sloping mortar for leveling and ramping up to 3" on horizontal substrates up to 5" thick in confined areas such as trenches. May be also used for walls and countertops, SpeedSlope® sets to a walkable hardness within one to two hours for installation of ceramic tile & natural stone tile flooring. Formulated for dimensional stability and exceptional bond strength, SpeedSlope® is ideal for presloping under waterproofing membranes and mortar beds in shower applications, for countertops and patching.

Multi-Surface Bonding Primer (MBP) is a single-component, waterbased primer engineered to deliver superior adhesion on a variety of substrates where proper bonding is difficult. Specially formulated with aggregates and polymers to promote mechanical adhesion on nonporous substrates.

TechPrime A is an advanced acrylic primer and sealer that prepares surfaces for the application of an appropriate CustomTech™ selfleveling underlayment. It seals porous and non-porous surfaces and improves the bond of the underlayment to the subsurface.

TechMVC
CustomTech™ TechMVC™ 100% Solids Epoxy Moisture Vapor Control TechMVC is a true single coat, high density, moisture- and alkali-resistant, two-component, rapid cure 100% solids epoxy coating specifically formulated to control concrete moisture vapor emission and alkalinity beneath finished flooring. TechMVC may be used on concrete substrates measuring up to 100% RH (per ASTM F-2170), 25 lbs MVT (per ASTM F-1869) and pH 14, and is part of a full system to bring floors to ASTM F-710 and ASTM F 3010-13 at 8.5 mils nominal for moisture vapor compliance. Single-coat application effectively controls concrete moisture emission and creates an alkaline barrier between the substrate and adhered flooring materials. TechMVC is compatible with appropriate CustomTech™ primers, most non-porous surface primers, reactive and pressure sensitive adhesives and setting materials typically used to install adhered flooring such as: ceramic tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), carpet, sheet vinyl, rubber and wood. Note: Some adhesives may require the use of a primer, consult Custom Technical Services. TechMVC is compatible with most epoxy coatings (including epoxy terrazzo) and reactive urethane and epoxy adhesives for direct bond applications.
