The Integraspec ICF building envelope is extremely energy efficient and air tight, and out performs all conventional building envelopes on the market. Conventional construction techniques are a series of mechanically assembled components that run the risk of failure and are at the mercy of the sub-trade installation. The envelope of an Integraspec ICF building is a stay-in-place insulated envelope. The building shell is inert and has no organic compound components. There are no VOCs, no off gassing, no potential for mold or mildew, and no biodegradable substances. The Integraspec ICF forms are made with a steam process and have zero contaminants. It is rated as a food grade product, the most environmentally friendly product on the market.

We deal with areas that have earthquakes, fires, tornadoes, hurricanes, termites, sound proof requirements, mold and mildew, and extreme temperature conditions. The Integraspec ICF shell satisfies all of these requirements. The occupants never have to worry about these conditions. The Integraspec ICF shell is a thermal dynamic structure that works on ground source conductivity. The concrete is a conductor and wicks ground source temperatures up through the footings and distributes this through the thermal highway that surrounds the building. This creates a passive geo effect and acts like a cave above ground. The Integraspec ICF building is a monolithic shell that can be designed and built to conform to any shape.
