Curing Chambers
Insulated concrete curing chambers from KRAFT CURING are available for all types of curing methods and are ideal for increasing the concrete quality while reducing curing costs by up to 50%. Optimally insulated curing chambers reduce heat and moisture loss for more effective and efficient concrete hardening. Hardening concrete is a curing and not a drying process. Rapid loss of moisture in fresh concrete must be avoided, otherwise the result can be poor quality: low strength, low density, inconsistent colors, soft edges and corners, low abrasion resistance, and the high probability of efflorescence. KRAFT CURING offers its concrete curing system as a complete package, including a variety of different types of curing chambers. These are built to customer specifications. High performance insulation material meets the needs of the precast concrete industry. Automatically closing, insulated roller doors reduce condensation. Vapor Generators
The patented KRAFT direct-fired vapor system burns a fuel/air mix to vaporize water. The result is a vapor which is different from steam produced by a boiler. It is ideal to produce a climate favourable to concrete curing. Vapor can be used for prestress, precast, pipe, block, slabs and cast stone.
