This is the bait that started it all at Case Plastics. The Mad Tom, commonly called a Willow Cat which looks like a baby bullhead. The Mad Tom were as important to walleye fishermen on the Mississippi river as shiners are to lake fisherman. The DNR banned using live Willow Cats in 2004.
