Made fresh in the morning and before we leave for the show! White cheddar cheese curds are a Wisconsin staple! Reminiscent of string cheese or a mozzarella flavor with a slightly chewy texture, each bite of our fresh-to-order cheese curds will have you asking for more “Squeaky Cheese!” Our favorite tip: microwave for 5 or 10 seconds to get them to room temperature, and the flavor will EXPLODE!
