Forbidden Spirits Distilling is a craft distillery located in South East Kelowna. All of our spirits are handcrafted from 100% BC grown apples, including our 25 x distilled Rebel Vodka, Eves Original Gin, and Adams Apple Brandy. Master Distiller Alastair Richards creates each of our spirits with the utmost care and precision, making use of local ingredients, bespoke yeast strains and our state-of-the-art German copper still. We have several limited-run products including our Forbidden Amaretto & Eves Barrel-Aged Gin. We also make a scotch-style Whisky from BC grown barley.

Our unaged Wallace Hill Whisky was created for the true white whisky afficionado. Made with BC Barley and handcrafted in our artisan copper still. Adams Apple Brandy
Adams Apple Brandy is handcrafted from 100% estate grown apples. This dreamy-smooth base is aged in American Charred White Oak. Gently distilled and filtered, with aromas of caramel and a sweet even finish. Best served straight up or on the rocks. 375 ml. 40% ABV. $45.13 + tax & applicable deposits

Eves Original Gin begins with the Rib of Rebel, so to speak. We take our 25x distilled Rebel Vodka, handcrafted from the finest BC apples and gently infuse it with local botanicals including juniper berries, coriander seeds, lavender, rose, orris root, Angelica root, Lemon Verbena, orange peels, Meadow Sweet and basil. Naturally vegan and gluten-free Mixes exceptionally well with citrus. Give in to temptation. 750 ml. 40% ABV. $53.83 + tax & applicable deposits
