All products sold at the made in Hawaii Festival are required to be 51% value added in Hawaii. This percentage value can come from local design, materials, and manufacturing processes. Product valuations are reported by vendors prior to acceptance at the Festival.
This year vendors were given the option to highlight if their products were locally designed and/or if a substantial portion of the manufacturing process was completed locally.
